Shipping

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries. International shipping times and costs will vary by destination.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time to create and ship.

Shipping for Original Pencil Illustrations

  • Shipping Included: The shipping cost for original pencil illustrations is included in the artwork price, so no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout for these items.
  • Insurance: All original artworks are shipped with insurance to ensure their safe delivery. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping.
  • Shipping Timeline: Original pencil illustrations will be shipped within 30 days of purchase due to additional handling and packaging requirements.
  • No Refunds on Original Artworks: Original artworks are final sale and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or refunds on any original pieces once they have been shipped.

Shipping Costs

For non-original artwork, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. For original artworks, since they are shipped with insurance, we will assist in filing an insurance claim with the carrier for compensation or resolution.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is returned in its original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Custom Orders: Custom illustrations or personalized prints are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that no refunds will be provided for original artworks.

  • Trackable Shipping: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
